Shanghai HuaSiWei Precision Mesh Technology Co.,Ltd has inherited Shanghai Huayin Boltingcloth Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for more than 30 years of woven mesh experience, introducing advanced technology from Canada CMC, and adopting world-leading production equipment and processes, dedicated in the research, development and manufacture of ultrafine metal woven wire mesh.
HuaSiWei Ultrafine Mesh uses 304 ultrafine stainless steel wire and ultrafine tungsten wire, integrating sophisticated international technologies and advanced manufacturing processes.
(1) Standard Type- SCB have been adopted for wide use with high-cost performance.
(2) Hard Type – SCM have been improved higher tensile strength than SCB to achieve Higher printed resolution.
(3) Super Hard Type – SCMH have been improved higher tensile strength and lower elongation than SCM.
(4) Ultra Hard Type – SCH are woven with highest Strength and lowest elongation to provide more than 60% Transmittance rate for the photovoltaic industry.
(5) Plus Ultra Hard Type – TCH are woven with Ultra pure, Ultra strength tungsten wire for the photovoltaic industry.
(6) 3D Type – S3D are suitable for Thick Deposit printing.
